Blundstone 585 - Classic Rustic Brown

The boots I ordered are wonderful—the fit and colour are great. Unfortunately, my experience with Keltic’s business model was not nearly as positive.

I placed my order on March 15, hoping to have the boots for the following weekend, and paid $45 for expedited two‑day shipping. After completing the purchase, I received an email stating: “Please note, due to the high volume of orders we are receiving, your order may be delayed 2–4 weeks before shipment.”

Had I known the delay would be that long, I wouldn’t have placed the order, let alone paid for expedited shipping. I immediately reached out to cancel the order—four separate times—and never received a single reply. When I finally received a shipping notice on April 9, I thought, “Okay, just a couple more days.” Instead, the boots arrived on April 22, nearly two weeks later. Certainly not expedited.

In the end, it feels like I paid an extra $45 only to wait over a month for a product I could have ordered from a major retailer and received the next day. I genuinely wanted to support a small business, but this experience left me feeling like the joke was on me and they have lost a potential future customer.
