It’s very comfy and the quality is great

Body and arm length are great for someone tall (i am 5'10). I had to buy a size up so it isn't too tight as I likento wear it alone as well as under a scrub top. If you are thin with no extra love handles you could probably buy your normal size.
I have only washed in cold and not put in dryer. No shrinkage so fat.
